Head of Syngenta Group Synergy, Integration and Syngenta Ventures
Based in Switzerland, Shiri joined Syngenta Group to head Group Integration and Synergies in 2020. Prior to this, Shiri worked with ADAMA Agricultural Solution, a leading off-patent crop protection company, to lead the company’s mergers and acquisitions, integrate processes following purchase and ensure successful value creation with effective collaboration across Syngenta Group. Shiri has extensive experience leading acquisition implementations and knowledge of Syngenta Group business units: ADAMA; Syngenta Crop Protection; Syngenta Seeds; and Syngenta Group China.
Shiri now identifies and leverages opportunities for both global and China-driven growth, as well as overseeing Syngenta Group Ventures.
Shiri holds an MBA from Oxford Business School (SBS) and an LLB from Tel Aviv University, magna cum laude.
